Job summary

BOC Limited, a Linde company, is seeking a role responsible for gravimetrically prepared calibration gases and reference materials within the ISO 6142/ ISO 17034 accredited quality system. You will maintain cylinder records and serve as Flam/Ox approved signatory while supporting production operations.

Key duties include deputising for the Production Manager, coordinating workflow, and managing ordering/stock control for gas cylinders and related gases.

Responsibilities

• Produce gravimetrically prepared calibration gases and reference materials per ISO 6142 and ISO 17034 in the quality system.
• Maintain production records integrity and the cylinder control database for company and client cylinders.
• Sign off as Flam/Ox approved signatory, verify gas mixtures safety, and peer-review related procedures.
• Deputise for the Production Manager, scheduling work and coordinating departmental priorities.
• Liaise with Production Manager on ordering and stock control of gas cylinders and gases.
