Job summary

Reebok in Watford seeks a Senior Product Developer to drive apparel development from concept through bulk production. You will coordinate across menswear and womenswear with Design, Sourcing, and Production to ensure quality, timing, and cost targets are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in apparel Product Development across sportswear, activewear, or athleisure.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit development, technical fabrics, and performance apparel.
• Experience working with Far East suppliers and end-to-end product development.
• Highly organised with excellent communication and multi-season management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a detail-oriented, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development across menswear and womenswear from concept to bulk production.
• Collaborate with Design, Sourcing, and Production to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Create and maintain measurement charts, tech packs, line lists, and docs.
• Communicate daily with Far East suppliers on development, timelines, and costing.
• Attend fit sessions and manage fit comments, amendments, and sample approvals.
• Review lab dips, prints, embroideries, trims, and PP samples before production.
• Support critical path management with deadlines and milestones.
• Oversee sample management, uploads, and supplier portal approvals.
