Job summary

Bowmay Consulting are recruiting for a Senior Garment Technologist to join an established business entering an exciting period of change, development and growth, with a new division being created.

This role sits within the product development team, supporting creation and progression of garments from initial development through to manufacture, ensuring technical information, specifications and samples are accurate and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and issue technical packs for new and resourcing styles.
• Manage garment specifications, including diagrams, BOMs, size charts and artwork.
• Organise and attend fit sessions.
• Support sample development and approval.
• Review Bronze, Silver and Gold samples through to bulk production.
• Work with suppliers/manufacturers to resolve technical, construction and fit issues.
• Manage project critical paths and ensure deadlines are met.
