Are you a detail-oriented and quality-focused Senior Garment Technologist looking for your next step? Join our collaborative team, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the exceptional fit and quality of our event wear product.

As the Senior Garment Technologist, you'll be an integral partner to our Design and Buying departments, working from the initial sample stage through to final delivery. You'll uphold the technical integrity of our garments, ensuring they meet high standards of fit, quality, and performance.

What You'll Do

1. Collaborate closely with Design and Buying to understand the creative vision and optimize size ranges for sales potential.
2. Lead Fit Sessions: evaluate samples, provide feedback, and communicate specifications to suppliers.
3. Manage the Sealing Process: oversee sample submissions with a "right first time" approach.
4. Partner with the Senior Technical Manager to address challenges and prioritize samples.
5. Review fabric test reports and approve bulk size specifications based on testing insights.
6. Maintain consistent fit across the collection, including wedding, bridesmaid, wedding guest, and occasion wear.

Who Youll Be

Bringing strong garment construction knowledge, pattern cutting, grading, and testing experience within the event wear space, you'll be known for your attention to detail and effective communication skills. Building relationships with teams and suppliers will be key to your success.
