Job summary

London-based premium womenswear brand is seeking a Senior Garment Technologist to own fittings, construction and supplier relations. You will lead a small team, manage sample development and sign-off dates in the critical path, with focus on dresses, cups, boning, and bridal/eveningwear.

The role requires deep fabric knowledge and a keen eye for fit to exceed customer expectations. You will collaborate across teams to ensure products meet premium standards and maintain brand integrity throughout

Qualifications

• Experience with dresses and cups, boning, and structured bridal or eveningwear.
• Leadership experience, mentoring junior team members.
• Manage sample development, fittings and key sign-off dates in the critical path.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standards of garment construction and fit.
• Lead and mentor junior team members within the established team.
• Act as the key contact for international suppliers and build strong relationships.
• Oversee fabrics, constructions and premium manufacturing techniques for womenswear.
• Coordinate sample development, fittings and critical path sign-offs.
