Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure is seeking a Senior Games Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of iLottery and iGaming titles, from concept to live operations. You will set vision, measure success, and partner with studios, designers, and math teams to create engaging, monetizable experiences.

You will drive data-informed decisions, lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, analytics, commercial, and compliance teams, and mentor mid-level PMs to elevate the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, focused on slot games or iGaming.
• Experience launching multiple games with strong commercial performance.
• Expertise in iLottery, RNG systems, and monetization development.
• Experience with game studios, designers, and math teams.
• Strong data-driven decision making and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and partner management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of multiple games—from concept through launch and live operations.
• Define product vision, positioning, and success metrics for each title.
• Drive discovery including concept validation, market fit, and forecasting.
• Oversee Live Ops, feature tuning, and roadmap evolution after launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, commercial, and compliance teams to align on priorities.
• Mentor mid-level PMs and guide production directions to raise overall product quality.
