Frontier Developments in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Gameplay Programmer for the Planet Coaster 2 team. You will develop features in C++ using our Cobra engine, collaborating across disciplines to deliver high-quality, cross‑platform experiences.

You will work with a talented team, guiding junior programmers and contributing to long-term project success, with a strong focus on performance and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Experience developing complex game features in released titles.
• Excellent problem-solving and programming skills in modern C++.
• Experience in large codebases and adapting to established methods.
• Proficient in profiling and optimization for CPU and memory usage.
• Experience collaborating with designers and content creators.
• Genuine passion for video games and a drive to learn.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop game features and systems.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and discipline leads.
