Qualifications

• Proven programming experience in a creative environment.
• Experience shipping AAA games, preferably with Unreal Engine.
• Advanced C++ and strong math skills.
• Experience with GAS, Unreal Engine, Blueprints.
• Ability to learn new tech quickly and adapt to fast-moving projects.
• Independent work style and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Adapt existing systems and build new technology to meet the project’s needs and creative goals.
• Prototype and code gameplay and animation features.
• Collaborate with design, animation, and engineering teams to realise creative ambitions.
• Support planning by estimating development and checking dependencies for features.
• Identify technical risks and help solve obstacles.
• Research coding techniques and algorithms to stay current in game development.
