Job summary

Rockstar Games in Leeds, England, invites a Senior Manager to lead and develop our Game Security team. You will oversee anti-cheat operations for online titles, protect player experience, and drive security initiatives end-to-end in a live-service environment.

You will work with product management, production, and leadership to define technology, tooling and process improvements. This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Leeds studio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in game security, anti-cheat, or related security functions.
• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams, preferably in distributed locations.
• Experience supporting live service or AAA multiplayer games.
• Excellent verbal and written communications across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional Game Security team in day-to-day anti-cheat operations.
• Set team priorities, allocate resources, and plan for future growth.
• Standardise operational processes, tools, and best practices.
• Develop and monitor KPIs with analytics/insights partners.
• Collaborate with product management and leadership to advance security tooling and processes.
