Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in game security, anti-cheat, anti-fraud, or related security functions.
• 3+ years leading high-performing teams, especially across dispersed locations.
• Experience supporting live service or large-scale AAA multiplayer games.
• Excellent verbal and written communications across technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable operational objectives.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills to distil complex issues into structured frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support anti-cheat initiatives to protect live service titles.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional anti-cheat operations teams.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, plan for future growth.
• Establish and standardise operational processes and tools.
• Collaborate with analytics to monitor risk and performance indicators.
• Partner with product management and leadership on tech and process improvements.
