Rockstar Games in Leeds is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and develop our Game Security team, protecting our live service games from cheaters, vulnerabilities and exploits in a dynamic, collaborative studio environment.

You will design processes to strengthen the security programme, set priorities, mentor a cross-functional team, and partner with product management to safeguard the online player experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in game security, anti-cheat or related security functions.
• 3+ years leading high-performing teams, including distributed locations.
• Experience supporting live service or AAA multiplayer games.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical staff.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable objectives.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Passion for building resilient teams.
