Job summary

Frontier Developments is seeking a Senior Game Designer to own and shape significant features for our creative management simulation titles. You will collaborate across disciplines to turn ideas into player-focused experiences and continuously refine systems for depth and balance.

You will take ownership of complex features, work with in-house tools, and communicate clearly with teammates and external stakeholders to align on vision and quality.

Qualifications

• Deep game knowledge across a range of genres.
• Strong commercial game design experience throughout the product lifecycle on PC & console.
• Good understanding of player psychology and gamer motivations.
• Excellent communications skills; ability to present ideas clearly in verbal and written form.
• Effective collaboration with team members and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and iteration of complex game features.
• Implementing and refining game content using in-house tools.
• Building alignment and understanding of game features with clear verbal and written communication.
• Ensuring games systems are balanced using analytical methods and incorporating game telemetry.
• Driving quality using playtests, player feedback, QA reporting, and your own insights.
