Job summary

Frontier Developments is seeking a Senior Game Designer to own and shape significant features for our creative management simulation titles. You will collaborate across disciplines to turn ideas into player-focused experiences and continuously refine systems for depth and balance.

You will take ownership of complex features, work with in-house tools, and communicate clearly with teammates and external stakeholders to align on vision and quality.

The modern studio is located in the vibrant technology hub of Cambridge (UK). This role is offered on a full in-studio basis or a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days per week in the studio). We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate.

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

We're looking for a Senior Game Designer to join our team and bring their expertise in game design to help create engaging, player first experiences for our creative management simulation titles.

As a Senior Game Designer, you will take ownership of significant game features, and work collaboratively with other disciplines to turn great ideas into compelling experiences that players love.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Design and iteration of complex game features
• Implementing and refining game content using in-house tools
• Building alignment and understanding of game features with clear verbal and written communication
