Job summary

Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow invites applications for a Senior Fundraising Manager. The role encompasses establishing a new fundraising function, shaping donor propositions, developing a robust pipeline and implementing governance, CRM systems and policies.

Qualifications

• Evidence of working in a senior fundraising or development role.
• Proven experience in fundraising leadership and management within a charity or non-profit.
• Track record of securing major gifts from high-net-worth individuals, trusts and foundations, and corporate partners.
• Experience building donor propositions, governance and policies, CRM recommendations, and prospect pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build a new fundraising function.
