About the Role

The Senior Fundraising Manager will play a pivotal leadership role within the Partnerships team, driving sustainable growth in philanthropic income through strategic engagement with high-value donors.

This role will lead on cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of major supporters – including high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), senior corporate figures, and influential trusts and foundations – while proactively identifying and converting new prospects through MFL’s networks.

• Contract: Permanent
• Working: 35 hours per week. Hybrid working, office based in Southwark.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of strategic plans to manage a robust pipeline and portfolio of major donors.
• Drive income growth by cultivating and stewarding long-term relationships with major donors.
• Lead the planning and execution of high-impact donor and partner engagement events.
• Produce applications that align with donor motivations and organisational goals.
• Produce high-quality written content to engage and inspire new and existing supporters.
• Support the Senior Head of Partnerships and finance team in managing income budgets, forecasting, and donor pipeline reporting.
