KennedyPearce Consulting partners with a growing alternative investments firm in London to recruit an experienced Fund Controller. This highly visible finance role spans fund accounting, investor reporting, fund operations, compliance, and stakeholder management.

You will oversee NAV calculations, investor communications, capital calls, distributions, and liaise with auditors and fund administrators. ACA/ACCA and 5+ years' fund accounting experience are required, with excellent Excel and

ACA or ACCA qualification is required.
5+ years' fund accounting experience.
Strong understanding of alternative investment structures.
Hands-on NAV reporting and investor communications.
Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
Proactive, commercially minded, and autonomous.

Mansioni

Review and oversee NAV calculations and investor reporting.
Exposure to crypto/digital asset fund structures.
Manage capital calls, distributions, and fund cash movements.
Support financial reporting, budgeting, and management information.
Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
Liaise with fund administrators, auditors, legal advisors, and other service providers.
Assist with new fund launches and operational improvements.
Drive process enhancement and automation initiatives.
