Great role administering a complex range of funds and liaising with clients, coordinating co sec including meetings and minutes, processing and coordinating routine and complex fund operations, ensuring accurate investor records are maintained and processing all investor changes/transfers, preparing manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses and ensuring the maintenance of the electronic payments library, ensuring staff are trained on electronic banking systems and coordinating the opening of new bank accounts, ensuring regulatory and statutory filings are made, managing accounts distribution and filing, mentoring junior staff under supervision.
The candidate will be expected to be part-qualified with a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Diploma level or equivalent), possess strong financial services experience and IT skills, be quick to learn new systems, and be great with people.
