Job summary

Alter Domus in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Officer to join our Private Equity team. You will manage a portfolio of private equity fund clients and work with a team to deliver accurate accounting, reporting, and tax compliance under UK GAAP or IFRS.

Qualifications

• A professional qualification such as ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience managing private equity or similar asset structures.
• Strong client management, teamwork and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as main accounting liaison for a portfolio of PE fund clients.
• Review work for accuracy and deadlines before submission to senior staff.
• Collaborate with fund administrators and tax advisors on reporting and compliance.
• Coach and develop junior staff; plan workflow with the manager.
