Job summary

Aztec Financial Services (Luxembourg) S.A. is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to oversee data processed through Xtract and published to Aztec Connect. You will provide operational oversight, perform final reviews, and serve as a main contact for client and internal queries.

The role requires 3+ years in accounting, a relevant degree, and strong knowledge of local regulatory frameworks. You will monitor portfolios and support control initiatives within a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
• 3+ years’ experience in Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory framework.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts.

Responsibilities

• Data Review and Quality Assurance: Review and validate data processed through Xtract, including CAS, FS, Cashflows. Perform final QA reviews before publication to Aztec Connect and ensure data accuracy across client deliverables.
• Portfolio Monitoring and Reconciliation: Monitor and reconcile portfolio positions, valuations, and investment data across tenants/platforms; investigate discrepancies identified during reconciliation.
• Operational Oversight and Controls: Maintain internal controls and adhere to operational risk standards; develop standardised procedures; identify data inconsistencies and propose corrective actions.
• Client Service and Stakeholder Management: Handle complex client requests and queries; collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service and training across the team.
