Job summary

Aztec Financial Services (Luxembourg) S.A. is seeking a Fund Accountant to support day-to-day document processing, publication, workflow management, and client requests across multiple funds. You will help ensure accurate data, timely publication, and smooth operations within the Xtract ecosystem.

The role covers K-1 processing, tax reporting support, and portal/user administration, with an emphasis on collaboration across teams in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
1-2 years’ experience in accounting role.
Computer literacy skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Document processing and publication within Xtract.
Publish approved documents to Aztec Connect per SLAs.
Review and validate data via Xtract CAS.
Monitor workflow queues and ensure timely processing.
Handle client requests and operational queries.
Coordinate K-1 processing activities and tax reporting support.
Manage portal access and user administration.
