Senior NetSuite Implementation Consultant

GoLive Experts is an Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner and a Certified Celigo Alliance Partner.

We provide operational and software systems advice, consultancy, implementation, training, and ongoing support services.

We’re looking for a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our team. Our offices are based in Lancashire, UK; however, this role offers flexibility for hybrid/remote working. You will need to collaborate effectively with our Project Managers and have prior experience with Netsuite Finance, Sales, and Operational workflows to build scalable NetSuite solutions.

You will be an integral part of our NetSuite implementation team for ERP implementations.

You will be required to travel and work on customer sites supporting implementations and projects across the UK.

Job Title: Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant

What you’ll do:

• Design and implement quality solutions using NetSuite’s native functionality, workflows, and add-on modules, specifically SCM, WMS, Advanced Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Financial support.
• Design process documentation supporting complex and scalable custom solutions and integrations.
• Manage end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects with stakeholders across retail, warehouse & distribution, and finance verticals.
• Troubleshoot process, application, and functional issues, managing these alongside our support team.
• Grow your technical and functional expertise in NetSuite, Celigo, and auxiliary SaaS systems.
• Train NetSuite customers and end-users, providing ad-hoc functional support when needed.

Essential qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
• Involvement in 8-10 NetSuite implementations, including exposure to Oneworld.
• Functional experience with Ecommerce, WMS, Manufacturing, and Financial processes in NetSuite.
• Excellent investigation and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to build good relationships and communicate expectations clearly with team members and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of NetSuite's system integration capabilities.
• Proven track record of delivery.
• High attention to detail.
• Previous implementation experience.
• NetSuite Certification, such as ERP Consultant or Administrator Certification, is desirable.
• Ability to write and review process documentation and design specifications for NetSuite scoping.
• Expertise in Celigo iPaaS, with experience in building NetSuite integrations using Celigo Apps, and a deep understanding of NetSuite architecture.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
