Job summary

Applied Intuition UK is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our London team. You’ll shift between frontend and backend work, shaping how user-facing products are designed and built while collaborating with design and product teams.

You will own production-grade features from concept to delivery, work across TypeScript, Go and Python, and ensure security is integrated from the start. This is an in-office role with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/related engineering field.
• 5+ years of hands-on fullstack experience shipping and supporting production web applications.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript, or another modern frontend framework, with strong data-heavy UI design opinions.
• Adaptability across languages; stack includes TypeScript, Go and Python; judgement valued over syntax.
• Experience working closely with designers and product managers; turning requirements into products you own.
• Knowledge of application security; experience in Docker and containerised environments on Linux.

Responsibilities

• Take new products from concept through to production at the pace our programmes demand, owning the technical and product decisions.
• Build features end to end, from the interface through the API to the services and data behind it.
• Set the front-end foundations for our UK products: shared components, patterns, and design language.
• Decide with the team when a new capability should stand alone or belong in the core product offering.
• Incorporate learnings from programmes into the products our teams build.
• Engineer security in from the first commit and ensure compliance with customer environments.
• Raise the bar for how user-facing software is built and deliver products you are proud of.
