Job summary

Wave Talent is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-moving B2B SaaS scale-up in London. You'll own features end to end across TypeScript, Node.js and Vue/React, and influence technical direction rather than just ticking tasks.

You’ll mentor peers, collaborate with Product and Design, and help raise engineering standards as the platform scales to thousands of customers. Hybrid working in London with equity option.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience across full stack engineering.
• Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable systems.
• Strong collaboration across product, design and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering high-impact, customer-facing features that are scalable and built to last.
• Owning your work end to end, from initial idea through to production.
• Working closely with Product, Design, and customers to shape both what gets built and how.
• Maintaining, optimising, and securing systems so they perform well at scale.
• Leading on tricky technical challenges and turning complex problems into maintainable solutions.
• Mentoring other engineers and sharing knowledge across the team.
• Keeping the team's tools, trends, and practices sharp as the stack evolves.
