The role balances hands-on coding with architectural leadership, focusing on DevOps, performance and secure, reliable delivery across front-end and back-end teams.

Qualifications

• Proven full stack engineering with architectural responsibility.
• Deep understanding of modern frontend (React) and backend (Java/Spring Boot).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and event-driven/microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on development across front-end (React) and back-end (Java).
• Lead code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
• Champion DevOps, CI/CD and testing strategies; mentor engineers.
