Job summary

Build Circle is seeking a Lead Technology Consultant to drive delivery outcomes for client engagements in London. You’ll be technically hands-on across backend (.NET/Java), frontend (JS/TS), and the delivery pipeline, while guiding a cross-functional team.

You’ll alternate between remote work and on-site collaboration, and be prepared to travel into London with short notice when required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong backend in .NET or Java with frontend capability in JS/TS.
• CI/CD, IaC and automated testing familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically and, in many cases, people leadership, owning delivery outcomes for client engagements.
• Set technical direction and ensure delivery quality end-to-end.
• Balance remote work with on-site collaboration and travel to client sites as needed.
