Job summary

Sportz Interactive is hiring a Senior Associate Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend. You’ll lead technical execution, mentor juniors, and collaborate with product, UX, and QA to deliver high‑quality software.

With 4–8 years of full‑stack experience, you will work with React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern cloud/devops tools. You’ll ensure performance, security, and responsive design while driving CI/CD and on‑call support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering / CS from a Tier 1 institute OR strong product/ startup background.
• 4–8 years of full stack experience.
• Hands-on React.js (Hooks, Context) expertise.
• Backend experience with Node.js (Express / NestJS).
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience designing/consuming RESTful APIs & working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Next.js (SSR, SEO).
• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle: planning, coding, debugging, testing, deployment.
• Own end-to-end development of complex web applications.
• Architect and implement scalable frontend and backend solutions.
• Lead development using React.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build and optimize REST / GraphQL APIs.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and QA for solution design.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Drive CI/CD, testing, and deployment practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers for seamless experiences.
• Apply responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first principles.
• Contribute to RD initiatives and emerging tech discussions.
• Provide on-call support during marquee events and deployments.
• Represent the company in technical discussions and client reviews.
