Job summary

Sportz Interactive is hiring a Senior Associate Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend. You’ll lead technical execution, mentor juniors, and collaborate with product, UX, and QA to deliver high‑quality software.

With 4–8 years of full‑stack experience, you will work with React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern cloud/devops tools. You’ll ensure performance, security, and responsive design while driving CI/CD and on‑call support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering / CS from a Tier 1 institute OR strong product/ startup background.
• 4–8 years of full stack experience.
• Hands-on React.js (Hooks, Context) expertise.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Node.js, and modern web technologies, with the ability to lead technical execution and support end-to-end delivery.

Educational Background and Experience

(Mandate) Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science from a Tier 1 institute OR Strong professional background with experience working in well-known product companies, global technology firms, or high-growth startups with strong engineering practices

• Background and Experience 4 8 years of experience in Full Stack development
• Deep hands-on expertise in React.js (Hooks, Context, state management libraries)
• Strong backend experience with Node.js (Express / NestJS)
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Solid experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, SEO optimization)
• Cloud exposure (AWS (Preferred) / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
• Knowledge of authentication authorization (JWT, OAuth, SSO)
• Experience with automated testing frameworks
• Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments and project management tools like JIRA.
• Solid understanding of application scalability, performance tuning, and maintainability.
• Experience working with cloud technologies (preferably AWS), Redis Cache and CI/CD pipelines.
