Flok Health is seeking driven software engineers with a product mindset to build AI-native healthcare applications in a collaborative, patient-focused team. You’ll work across the stack, partner with design and product, and contribute to a roadmap that impacts real patients.

We value initiative, strong communication, and ownership as we scale consumer-facing health tech from our Cambridgeshire base. Flexible on-site and remote Wednesdays available.

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript and Python programming skills.
• Experience in full stack web development.
• Comfort collaborating with design and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Build new product features (full-stack, frontend focus).
• Design non-functional app features (offline support, observability).
• Contribute to technical roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with UX to iterate on design and requirements.
• Participate in bug triage and incident investigations.
• Improve test coverage across devices.
• Make data-driven decisions about app changes.
