As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will shape the platform from ideation to deployment, working with the CTO and engineers across Ruby on Rails backend, Ember to React frontend, and AWS-hosted Postgres.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and React is highly desirable
• Strong collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software using modern practices
• Collaborate with Product and Design to define requirements
• Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality
• Mentor junior engineers and support recruitment
• Participate in agile planning and delivery updates
• Stay current with new technologies and best practices
