Employment Hero is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build scalable features across our SaaS platform. You’ll own end-to-end delivery from backend Rails to frontend React, collaborating with a global team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of senior software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language; Ruby on Rails preferred.
• Strong frontend experience with React.js.
• Experience delivering SaaS cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Drive squad to design, scope, implement, and deploy critical full-stack features.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with designers, product managers, and UX to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, perform code reviews, promote knowledge sharing.
• System Evolution: Navigate a SaaS ecosystem, identify pain points, implement mitigations.
• Quality & Security: Write automated tests and own reliability, security and root-cause analysis.
