Job summary

Aberdeen in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Digital) to lead the development of modern digital platforms using React, Next.js, .NET and Azure. You will work across front-end applications, backend services, cloud infrastructure and enterprise integrations, contributing to technical design, architecture and engineering standards while remaining hands-on in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications, APIs and digital integrations that deliver secure, scalable and high-performing client experiences.
• Lead technical design decisions, influence architecture and ensure alignment with engineering, security and accessibility standards.
• Drive cloud-native development within Microsoft Azure, including CI/CD automation, observability and operational excellence.
• Collaborate across product, UX, architecture and business teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions and technology modernisation initiatives.
• Investigate complex production issues, lead root cause analysis and continuously improve platform resilience and service performance.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering capability, reusable platform services and cross-team improvement initiatives.

• As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Digital), you will play a leading role in building and enhancing modern digital platforms using React, Next.js, .NET and Microsoft Azure. You will work across front-end applications, backend services, cloud infrastructure and enterprise integrations, contributing to technical design, architecture and engineering standards while remaining hands-on in delivery
