TPXimpact in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy high‑quality software solutions. You will work on complex projects, contribute to architecture, and mentor junior engineers.

You will collaborate with product, UX/UI, DevOps and QA, implement CI/CD, review code, and drive best practices, while staying current with industry trends to deliver robust software.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack software development experience across design, development, testing and deployment.
• Hands-on with Java, Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Strong Agile and DevOps practices with CI/CD emphasis.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and infra as code.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and modern practices.
• Knowledge of microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), or serverless.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain complex software solutions, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions aligned with business goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, DevOps and QA to meet requirements.

• Ensure development processes are followed and contribute to optimisation.
• Communicate complex concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
