Job summary

Mondrian Alpha is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build and own business-critical applications across trading and finance platforms.

You will work with C#/.NET or Java, SQL and microservice architectures, while guiding AI-driven workflows and production AI platforms. Direct collaboration with traders and finance teams will shape robust, scalable systems with a strong emphasis on maintainability and performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering full stack applications in finance or trading.
• Strong SQL skills and data-intensive application design.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, distributed systems and microservices.
• Hands-on with AI, ML and large language models in production.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled applications and automation tools.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end from requirements to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full stack applications using C#/.NET or Java.
• Build and maintain software across trading, treasury, finance, data processing and investment operations.
• Contribute to microservices architecture, distributed systems and streaming pipelines.
• Work with business stakeholders from requirements through deployment.
• Help shape the firm's AI platform capabilities and workflow automation.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold code quality and standards.
