Job summary

Hire Ami Ltd is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and improve AI agents used in large-scale recruitment. You will develop scalable backend features, own the AI agent lifecycle from prompting through integration, and work directly with the CEO in a fast-growing health-tech recruitment context.

You will collaborate with a small, entrepreneurial team to deliver production-grade frontend and backend systems, leverage Vercel, Supabase, Claude Code, and cloud platforms, and contribute

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience as founding engineer or early startup hires is a plus.
• Experience building production-grade front and back end systems and APIs.
• Strong grasp of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Comfortable across the full stack and writing tests.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, reusable backend features and APIs.
• Own the AI agent development from prompting to QA and bespoke integration.
• Build reliable systems and rapid prototypes using AI coding.
• Write robust unit and integration tests.
• Improve architecture, reliability and testability of the codebase.
• Contribute to system design and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with product manager and other engineers.
• Support partner/client technical discussions as needed.
