Job summary

Waracle is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our world-class digital technology consultancy. You will design and deliver end-to-end features spanning React frontends to scalable backend architectures, while ensuring software quality and security.

This hybrid role offers home-based work with 2 days a week connecting with the team in Glasgow or Dundee offices. You will mentor colleagues, translate complex technical choices for clients, and contribute to Waracle’s engineering practice

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex digital products across the full stack.
• Hands-on experience with .NET C# backend.
• Experience building responsive web interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with modern cloud tools and patterns such as Azure, Durable Functions, SQL and Docker.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, UI/UX best practices, maintainability and security.
• Mentoring and collaborative communication style to help teammates grow.

• Proven track record of contributing to the delivery of complex digital products across the full stack.
• Deep, practical experience working with modern backend frameworks, such as .NET C#.
• Hands-on, practical experience building responsive web interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity or experience with modern cloud tools and patterns, such as Azure, Durable Functions, Event Sourcing, SQL, and Docker.
• A strong understanding of SOLID principles, UI/UX implementation best practices, maintainability, and industry-standard security practices.
