Futureheads has been engaged to assist a tech-first start-up operating in the healthcare space in securing a key software engineer hire.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to own and expand a critical part of the company's technology strategy. You will work across their flagship web and mobile products, facing a variety of technical challenges that directly impact people's lives and shape the healthcare space.

As a small team, you should be comfortable collaborating on technical concepts and executing on delivery independently.

The team follows a loose Scrumban methodology, emphasizing short feedback cycles and continuous improvement. You should also be willing to communicate with end users as needed.
