Job summary

Hayfin Capital Management LLP is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to build our analytics workbench, enabling data-driven analysis and decision making across the business. You will own the in-house analytics platform, work across the full stack, and coordinate with an offshore vendor team to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on enterprise software delivery, collaboration with stakeholders, and applying AI tools to daily development tasks in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and managing enterprise-grade software across distributed teams.
• Experience collaborating with offshore/onshore vendor teams to deliver software.
• Strong python/pandas/NumPy background with API development and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain analytics workbench with Angular frontend and Python backend.
• Develop data pipelines and models using pandas/NumPy, Snowflake, and Azure.
• Coordinate offshore vendor team: set priorities, review outputs, track hours and spend.
• Apply AI coding assistants to improve development, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with Director of Portfolio Analytics and stakeholders to translate requirements into software.
