Job summary

Trimble Transportation is building a next-generation browser-based Dispatch UI using React and TypeScript. You will join one of four squads to ship production screens weekly, from data service to UI polish and automated tests.

This greenfield project replaces legacy desktop software, aims for 7 screens in 18 months, and invites engineers who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and use AI-assisted development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production React applications with TypeScript.
• Experience with component architecture and reusable UI patterns.
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices (WCAG) and performance optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end React screens with data service integration and UI polish.
• Enhance backend services via API integrations and data wiring.
• Ship working software weekly with PR reviews and automated tests.
• Implement drag-and-drop interfaces, real-time map sync, and validations.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and testing.
