Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to architect and deliver scalable web interfaces using Angular and/or React. You will lead component-driven development, implement Micro Frontends, and optimize performance while ensuring accessibility and responsive design.

Collaborating with UI/UX, product, and engineering peers, you will mentor mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and raise front-end standards across the team. This is a hands-on leadership role based in Malvern.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end development for complex, enterprise-grade apps.
• Deep expertise with Angular and/or React; TypeScript experience preferred.
• Hands-on with Micro Frontends and modern build tooling.
• Strong focus on performance, accessibility, and responsive UI.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain web interfaces using Angular and/or React.
• Drive component-driven development for scalable UI architectures.
• Design and implement modular Micro Frontend architectures.
• Optimize client-side rendering, assets, and load times.
• Establish front-end state management, code reuse, and security.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and engineering peers; mentor juniors.
• Lead code reviews and raise front-end engineering standards.
