Job summary

Referment is seeking a senior frontend-focused engineer to lead architecture and delivery for our workforce-management SaaS product. You will own key frontend decisions, shape direction with Product and Design, and work in a cross-functional team to ship accessible, scalable features.

You will build production-grade features using Angular and TypeScript, while collaborating with backend work in Node.js/NestJS when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering production web applications with modern Angular and TypeScript.
• A product mindset and the ability to collaborate clearly with designers, product managers and non-technical colleagues.
• Some familiarity with Node.js or NestJS; React Native exposure would be useful but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Shape frontend technical direction and own important implementation decisions for your product team.
• Build production-grade features using Angular and TypeScript, with attention to performance, accessibility and maintainability.
• Join discovery work, user interviews, prototypes and rapid experiments to validate what should be built.
• Contribute to Node.js and NestJS backend work when needed to unblock delivery.
• Support planning and retrospectives, mentor less-experienced engineers and champion clean, testable code in a CI/CD environment.
