Job summary

Referment, a workforce-management SaaS company, is seeking a senior frontend engineer to lead architecture and delivery in a cross-functional team with Product and Design.

You will build production-grade features using Angular and TypeScript, focusing on performance, accessibility, and maintainability, while mentoring others and contributing to CI/CD-driven delivery. Familiarity with Node.js/NestJS is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering production web applications with modern Angular and TypeScript.
• Good JavaScript design knowledge and ability to balance speed vs scale.
• Product-minded with ability to collaborate with designers and product managers.
• Familiarity with Node.js or NestJS; React Native exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Shape frontend technical direction and own implementation decisions for the product team.
• Build production-grade features using Angular and TypeScript with attention to performance and accessibility.
• Join discovery work, user interviews, prototypes and rapid experiments to validate what should be built.
• Contribute to Node.js and NestJS backend work when needed to unblock delivery.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers and champion clean, testable code in a CI/CD environment.
