Job summary

Fuse Energy in London is hiring a Senior Front-End Engineer to build consumer and internal web products for a next-generation energy company.

You will develop responsive, high-performance interfaces using React, TypeScript, Next.js and modern front-end practices, collaborate with product, design and backend teams, and help shape the product roadmap through prototyping and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience developing web applications with TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, and Next.js.
Proven experience building and shipping consumer-facing products.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Understanding of performance optimization techniques for modern web apps.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain responsive, performant web apps using React, TypeScript, Next.js.
Collaborate with backend engineers to implement APIs and data integration.
Work with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
Prototype and experiment to test new features and validate ideas.
Contribute to product direction and help shape the roadmap.
