Symbiotic is hiring for a frontend engineer in Greater London to build and maintain modern web interfaces for onchain finance products. You will translate Figma designs into accessible components, implement wallet interactions, and ensure scalable, robust UI with React and TypeScript.

You’ll work with Next.js, Vite, PNPM, Storybook and modern tooling, focusing on performance, testing, and collaboration with design, product and backend teams.

Qualifications

• Expert in React and TypeScript with strong UI architecture instincts.
• Production experience with Next.js, Vite, and monorepos using pnpm.
• Deep understanding of state management (TanStack Query) and CSS fundamentals.
• Able to turn Figma designs into accessible, reusable components.
• Solid testing practice across unit, integration and E2E tests.
• Experience with Git workflows, Docker and CI/CD; basic Kubernetes familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Participate in all frontend development phases from requirements to delivery.
• Build responsive, accessible UIs based on design systems.
• Prototype interfaces for testing MVUs and new features.
• Develop reusable components and maintain Storybook docs.
• Integrate features into the existing codebase and ensure performance.
• Implement blockchain wallet interactions and client/server state management.
• Write tests and monitor production issues with Sentry.
• Contribute to planning, estimation, and technical decisions.
• Review peers' code and uphold engineering standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product stakeholders and partners.
