Job summary

CPL Aromas, the world’s largest fragrance-focused house, seeks a Senior Fragrance Developer to craft winning scents for priority markets. You’ll collaborate with Account Managers and Marketing to shape olfactive strategies and drive sales across designated categories.

Applicants should bring at least 5 years in fragrance development, robust olfactive language, and strong communication, planning, and leadership skills. On-site role in the UK with exposure to key brands.

• Identify best performing fragrances for assigned category and promote to sales team.
• Work closely with other evaluators, perfumers and sales team.
• Support assigned markets by looking at trends, gaps and prospects.
• Training of junior evaluators.
• Building evaluation protocols.

Job Purpose

As a Senior Fragrance Developer, you will have the responsibility of developing winning fragrances for the assigned categories and markets. You will work closely with Account Managers and Marketing team to develop olfactive strategies and drive sales.
