What You’ll Be Doing:

• Translate complex system specifications into firmware design requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Lead firmware development, testing, and simulation to optimize system performance.
• Develop and refine robust verification processes to guarantee reliability.
• Produce key project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and interface definitions.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges related to certification, qualification, and safety.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support planning, estimations, and design modifications at various project stages.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers, with potential to assume lead roles such as Project Engineering Lead or Work Package Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Extensive firmware development experience across the entire project lifecycle
• Proficiency in FPGA, VHDL
• Strong background in designing complex electronic systems
• Experience with prototyping, testing, and verification of electronic subsystems
• Experience in defence, aerospace, or maritime sectors preferred
• Eligibility for SC clearance is required
