Job summary

Admiral Money, a growing division of Admiral Group, is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to act as deputy to the Head of Finance. You will provide holistic financial insight across the organisation, shaping strategy, long-term planning and performance management while balancing growth and risk.

Based in Cardiff, the role is hybrid with a minimum of two days in the Cardiff office. You will lead the 5-year strategic plan, evaluate major investments, quantify value creation, and challenge

Qualifications

• Significant experience in finance business partnering and FP&A.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear insights.
• Experience in financial services or lending environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of Admiral Money's 5-year strategic plan.
• Provide recommendations on capital deployment to maximise long-term value.
• Maintain oversight of the full Admiral Money P&L and key drivers of revenue and costs.
• Drive understanding of product profitability, NPV, ROIC and economic value creation.
• Lead financial evaluation of major initiatives, investments and growth opportunities.
• Develop scenarios and strategic options for Exec and Board decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and capital utilisation.
• Support Board papers and business performance insights.
• Act as deputy to the Head of FP&A with leadership and coaching duties.
