Job summary

Commify is seeking an ambitious delivery professional to own high-impact initiatives across Data Transformation and Enterprise AI Adoption, guiding cultural and operational shifts to establish a single source of truth.

You will work with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to implement data governance, architecture, and AI-enabled workflows, blending Agile/Waterfall approaches in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience leading complex, end-to-end transformation projects.
• Data transformation expertise focusing on enterprise data architecture and behavioural shifts.
• Change management expertise with cross-functional embedding.
• AI adoption and automation project delivery experience desirable.
• Ability to deliver quickly in an active transformation environment.
• Recognised PM qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, CSM) or Change Management accreditations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead data transformation and enterprise data architecture projects.
• Ensure data quality, security, and accessibility across levels.
• Support AI adoption milestones and implement AI-enabled workflows.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to executives and steering committees.
• Define project scope, milestones, KPIs, and risk frameworks using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
