Job summary

Farfetch is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Growth & Commercial Partnering to partner with senior leaders and drive profitability across the business. This role is based in London with a hybrid work model and requires strong financial modelling and strategic partnering skills.

You will deliver financial planning, forecasting, and KPI development to support revenue growth and cost optimisation, while ensuring financial coherence across trading decisions and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with cross‑functional teams to understand their business objectives, help convert growth ideas into concrete business cases, and provide financial guidance
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for revenue growth initiatives, commercial expansion, process improvements and cost optimisation
• Challenge the organisation constructively to deliver financial goals, stress‑testing assumptions and aligning new initiatives with the Group's operating and financial strategy
• Establish and agree upon tailored KPIs to track and measure the success of initiatives
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and performance data, helping business leaders iterate, scale, or pivot projects in real time
• Deliver analysis, insight, and recommendations on the financial implications of key business decisions in a timely and efficient way
• Delivery of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for functional areas, translating the vision of the business into a long‑term financial strategy
