Meraki Talent is delighted to be working exclusively with a PE-backed international group on appointing an FP&A Manager on a permanent basis paying £65,000 - £75,000 plus bonus.

The role reports to the Head of FP&A and provides broad exposure across financial planning & analysis, business partnering, strategic investment and M&A activity, with the ability to influence decision-making in a multi-site, complex environment.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience; budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Commercially minded with the ability to turn analysis into actionable insight.

Aufgaben

• Partner with operational, commercial and finance stakeholders to understand business performance and drivers.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Produce KPI reporting and financial insight for senior stakeholders.
• Support Board and Executive-level reporting requirements.
• Develop and assess business cases for growth, transformation and investment opportunities.
• Deliver scenario modelling and investment appraisal analysis.
• Support acquisition modelling, valuation and due diligence activities.
• Monitor acquisition performance against investment cases and targets.
• Translate financial analysis into practical recommendations that drive value creation.
