Job summary

Behavox is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead the global planning, forecasting, and reporting for a multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction business. You will own the annual budget, re-forecasts, and management reporting, partnering with Sales, RevOps, and People to translate plans into auditable financial outputs.

You will drive AI-enabled automation in planning processes, lead a growing FP&A team, and ensure model integrity as the company scales toward $200M revenue.

Qualifications

• Forecasting and model architecture for driver-based budgeting and scenario planning.
• Revenue, pipeline, and commission economics forecasting.
• Headcount, cost, and cash planning across multi-currency entities.
• Management reporting design and KPI variance analysis.
• FP&A systems, data flows, automation and AI-enabled analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A team and scalable operating model.
• Own annual budgeting and re-forecast cadence end to end.
• Develop models for acquisition integration and scenario analysis.
• Prepare management, board, and investor reporting.
• Drive automation to reduce cycle time and errors.
